Using the workspace
Clear boundaries for careful work.
Proposed use boundaries for MyCaseSpeed. This draft is not an agreement and does not change any existing arrangement with your firm.
Draft prepared 20 October 2026 · No effective date
1. Service and account access
MyCaseSpeed is a case information and discovery review workspace for legal teams. Access to firm records depends on an authenticated account, firm membership and case permissions. The public demonstration is a separate fictional environment.
Use an account you are authorized to use. Keep sign-in credentials private and do not attempt to access another firm’s or person’s records without authorization. Account creation alone does not establish access to every feature, case or paid service.
2. Case material and permitted use
Only place material in a connected workspace when you have authority to use it there. Your use must take account of confidentiality, court orders, discovery restrictions and the rights of people whose information is included.
Use fictional information in the public demonstration. Do not use the service to bypass access controls, introduce malicious files or interfere with other users’ access.
3. Professional review
Software-generated or saved transcripts, summaries, findings, timelines and drafts can be incomplete or inaccurate. Compare them with the original material and independently verify citations, legal analysis and deadlines before relying on them.
MyCaseSpeed is not a law firm and does not establish an attorney-client relationship. An attorney remains responsible for professional judgment, client advice, filings and compliance with court requirements.
4. Demonstration and feature availability
Fictional credits, prices, processing results and sample actions in the demonstration are illustrations. They are not a purchase, a paid entitlement, a completed provider job or a custody certification.
Check whether an action is connected in your firm’s workspace before relying on it. These draft terms do not establish a price, subscription period, refund entitlement, availability guarantee or delivery deadline.
5. Information and account changes
The privacy notice draft describes the account, browser and workspace flows reviewed alongside these terms. Signing out, resetting a demonstration or removing a Google connection is not a request to delete firm records.
Retention, legal holds, account closure and access to records after closure require a confirmed process. No deletion or export deadline is established by this draft.
6. Draft status
These terms are prepared for review and are not effective. The contracting operator, support contact, commercial conditions and any provisions governing ownership, liability, termination or disputes require owner and legal review before publication.
The sign-in and registration forms do not ask you to accept this draft. No consent checkbox or acceptance record is added by these pages.
