Your information

Privacy, in plain language.

This draft describes the information involved in MyCaseSpeed’s account and case workspace. It distinguishes Google sign-in, firm records and the fictional demonstration.

Draft prepared 20 October 2026 · No effective date

1. What this notice covers

This notice concerns the MyCaseSpeed public pages and the signed-in application at /app/. A firm’s case records and an individual’s sign-in information have different purposes: the account identifies the person, while firm membership and case permissions determine workspace access.

The public demonstration contains fictional material. It is not a place to enter client information, confidential discovery or other sensitive personal information.

2. Account and Google sign-in information

Email registration submits your email address, chosen password and display name to Supabase Authentication. Verification, password reset and sign-in flows use the information needed to establish and recover your account.

If you choose Google sign-in, Google authenticates you and supplies identity information to Supabase, which maintains the application account and session. That identity information can include a Google account identifier, email address and basic profile information such as a name or profile image. The application uses account identity and email to resolve workspace access and uses available account information for display.

The application’s Google sign-in code requests no additional Gmail, Google Drive or Google Calendar access. There is no Google Calendar synchronization in this sign-in flow. Google sign-in does not import your case files. Review the permissions presented by Google before continuing.

3. Firm and case information

Workspace records can include a firm name, membership and role information, invitation email addresses, case captions and numbers, party and court details, evidence filenames and metadata, saved review text, notes, findings, timelines and calendar entries.

These records support the case directory, case detail, review, search and calendar features available to your account. Supabase database and server functions handle the application’s workspace requests. A feature shown in the demonstration does not establish that the corresponding processing or storage service is enabled for a firm.

Case material may contain information about clients and other people. Only provide material you are authorized to use in the workspace, subject to your firm’s instructions and professional obligations.

4. Browser storage and connections

The signed-in application persists its Supabase authentication session in browser storage to keep you signed in. It also saves guided-tour progress for the account in browser storage. Clearing that storage can remove the saved session and tour preferences; it does not delete server-side account or case records.

The standalone fictional prototype saves demonstration changes in browser storage. The demonstration inside the signed-in application and the real workspace use separate state. Do not treat resetting the demonstration, signing out or closing a tab as deleting a firm’s records.

The site is delivered through Google Firebase Hosting. Existing application pages load fonts from Google Fonts; those font requests go to Google. The new public information pages use local styling and system fonts. Hosting, authentication and other services receive network request information, such as IP address and browser headers, when your browser connects to them.

5. Services involved in these flows

Google participates when you choose Google sign-in. Supabase provides the application’s authentication, database and server-function infrastructure. Google Firebase Hosting delivers the website. These services receive the information needed for the respective requests described above.

Signing in with Google is separate from sending evidence for transcription, OCR or AI analysis, and from making a payment. The demonstration is not evidence that any of those services has processed a firm’s files or payment. Their actual availability and data handling need to be considered separately before using a connected feature.

6. Account choices and records

You can sign out of the application and manage your Google account’s third-party connections through Google. Removing a Google connection does not by itself delete your MyCaseSpeed account or a firm’s case records.

A firm’s records may be subject to professional recordkeeping duties and legal holds. This draft does not set a retention period, a deletion deadline or a backup-removal schedule. Those practices and a verified privacy-request contact must be approved before this notice takes effect.

7. Notice status

This is a review draft, not an effective privacy notice. The responsible operator, privacy contact, complete service-provider practices and retention/deletion process require confirmation before publication. No public privacy-request form is provided on these pages.
